Golf Passes

The Iron Horse Weekday Pass and Iron Horse Golf Pass Program (“IHWP/IHGP”) is an annual pass holder benefit program providing pass holders with various benefits, including, but not limited to, unlimited access to Iron Horse Golf Course for the initial Program Period of Oct. 1st, 2023, through September 30th, 2024. All Passes will auto renew at the end of the contract period at the new rates unless written cancellation is received 30-days prior. The benefits, requirements, and other terms and conditions for the “IHWP/IHGP” program are set forth herein. By using the Program benefits, pass holders hereby agree to these terms and conditions. IHGC reserves the right to change or amend these conditions in the future in its absolute and sole discretion.

Pass Holders are eligible to participate in the Program by paying the required annual or monthly fees associated with a Pass Holder Program Commitment agreement.

Pass Holder – Golf Benefits

Iron Horse 5-Day Pass (Monday through Friday):

Cost: $3,600.00 or pro-rated at $300 monthly plus tax (12-month commitment)

• Pass Holders participating in the Program enjoy unlimited playing privileges at Iron Horse Golf Course subject to applicable access fees and on a space available basis. Guests of Pass Holders accompanying Pass Holders will pay regular rates. IHGC reserves the right to impose additional restrictions on the availability of tee times during peak or high usage seasons, in its sole and absolute discretion.

• 5-day Pass Holders are entitled to play golf with no access fees Monday-Friday and includes use of golf cart and range.

• Excludes Holidays.

• Pass Holders receive a 10% discount on all regular priced soft goods merchandise purchases made from The Iron Horse Golf shop.

• Pass Holders will also have access to complimentary instructional clinics during scheduled times. Access to clinics may be limited based on space availability and may require prior reservations in the event of limited clinic capacities.

• Pass Holders will have access to discounted rates at special creative internal events at Iron Horse Golf Course.

• Pass Holders may book tee times up to seven (7) days in advance at Iron Horse Golf Course.

• Pass Holders are invited to a year-end Open House each year in December.

• Initial contract is 12-month commitment auto renewed at the end of the contract term.

The Iron Horse 7-Day Golf Pass (Range & Afternoon Discounted Golf) Pass Holder

Cost: $839.40 or pro-rated $69.95/monthly plus tax (12-month commitment)

• Iron Horse Golf Pass are entitled to a daily access rate of $24.95 plus tax Monday-Thursdays and $29.95 plus tax Friday – Sunday & holidays after 1:00pm DST and 12pm non-DST.

• Iron Horse Golf Pass Holders participating in the Program enjoy unlimited playing privileges at Iron Horse Golf Course subject to applicable daily access fees and on a space available basis. Daily access fees are $24.95 plus tax Monday – Thursday and $29.95 plus tax Friday – Sunday. Non-Pass Holders accompanying Pass Holders will pay regular rates. Iron Horse reserves the right to impose additional restrictions on the availability of tee times during peak or high usage seasons, in its sole and absolute discretion.

• Iron Horse Golf Pass will include use of the driving range and practice facility.

• Iron Horse Pass Holders receive a 10% discount on all regular priced soft good merchandise purchases made from The Iron Horse Golf Course golf shop.

• Iron Horse Golf Pass Holders will be entitled to discounted rates at special creative internal events at Iron Horse Golf Course.

• Iron Horse Golf Pass Holders may book tee times up to (7) days in advance at Iron Horse Golf Course.

• Iron Horse Golf Pass Holders are invited to an Open House year-end party each year in December.

• Initial contract is 12-month commitment auto renewed at the end of the contract term.

Cost: $129.95/monthly plus tax (no 12-month commitment)

• Iron Horse Golf Pass are entitled to a daily access rate of $24.95 plus tax Monday-Thursdays and $29.95 plus tax Friday – Sunday & holidays after 1:00pm DST and 12pm non DST.

• Iron Horse Golf Pass Holders participating in the Program enjoy unlimited playing privileges at Iron Horse Golf Course subject to applicable daily access fees and on a space available basis. Daily access fees are $24.95 plus tax
